For users with a Facebook account, you can select the 'Continue with Facebook' option, which allows users to log in. To use the 'Continue with Facebook' option you need to be logged in via Facebook on your device, the device needs to have an active internet connection and you need to allow websites, apps and games to use Facebook as a login option.
Q: "I cannot log in via the Facebook option, it's telling me to contact support?"
A: If you're not already logged on to Facebook on your device you will be asked to do so. If you're already logged on to Facebook but still seeing an error message, please make sure that your Facebook settings allow for using 3rd party logins.
To do this, go to Facebook and log in to your account. Go to your Facebook settings and select 'Apps and websites' in the left sidebar. Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section and see if the option is turned on.

Q: "I already created an account using Apple ID or Email and Password, can I turn on Facebook login? "
A: If you created an account using Email and Password you can switch to Facebook login easily. The only requirement here is that your Facebook account shares the email used to create your Moodagent account. Simply select the 'Continue with Facebook' option.
Note that if you used a different email address, then using the 'Continue with Facebook' will create a new Moodagent account.
