From time to time we might need to reset the password to our accounts, whether it is for security reasons or if you simply forgot you can always get a new password to log in to your Moodagent account.
To change the password to your Moodagent account, simply type in the email address you selected when signing up. Here you will be given the option to select the 'Forgot Password' option.
Right after selecting this option, a verification code will be sent to the email address you entered in the previous step (If you do not receive a password reset email with a verification code from Moodagent, remember to check the SPAM folder). Enter the verification code in the screen where you will be given the option to select a new password.
If you're already logged in to the application and you simply would like to change the password to your Moodagent account, please open up the 'Change Password' option under your user profile section in the Moodagent application (Me (bottom right corner) - Settings - Manage my account - Change Password).
Please enter your current password before choosing a new password to use for your Moodagent account.

In case you've lost access to your email inbox, we will have to reset your password manually.
