You are requested to enter a verification code when creating an account on Moodagent. This is to make sure that you are in fact the owner of the email address you entered during the signup. The code is sent to the email address you entered during the signup.
If you do not receive a verification code when signing up for a new account, please make sure to look in the spam folder of your inbox as the email may have landed there.
If the verification code is not in your spam inbox, please double-check that you've entered the email address correctly during the signup flow.
