It’s really simple to make the switch over to the Moodagent music streaming service.
Moodagent uses the third party service TuneMyMusic (https://www.tunemymusic.com/). Using this, users can import their current library of music from their old streaming service/s to Moodagent.
Step 1: Open the Moodagent application and log in, go to 'Me' - 'Settings' and select the 'Import Music' option. This will open up the browser on your device.
Step 2: On the page that opens, scroll down and select the ‘Import now’ option. This will take you over to the TuneMyMusic service.
Step 3: Select the ‘Let’s Start’ button that is presented to you on the page that opens. As the first step in the Import process, select the source service (The service you’d like to import from).
Please note that you will need to log in using the credentials tied to the service in question.
Step 4: Now, select the playlists that you want to import.
Step 5: When presented with a list of services to import to, select Moodagent.
(You will be asked to log in using your Moodagent credentials).
Step 6: Now you will see a summary of all the collections/playlists you have selected to import.
Step 7: Your library are now getting imported to Moodagent.
Please note that larger libraries will take longer to import. Once finished importing, you can enjoy listening on Moodagent.
What if your current streaming service is not on the list?
If your current music streaming service is not present on the list, please use the file import option available on TuneMyMusic's website.
This requires however that your current streaming service offers an export option. Please contact their support team for information on how to export your music library.
"I cannot import using the import option in the application"
Should this import option not be working in the Moodagent application, please reach out to our support team so that we can investigate the issue.
You will still be able to import directly via TuneMyMusic's service starting from step 3 (listed above).
